Biostadt operates the flat hierarchy system of management. Each Business Unit is independently managed by its own management team that reports to the corporate team.

Emmanuel I. Ajayi, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Emmanuel Ajayi has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Syngenta Nigeria since January 2005 when he successfully executed the Go-To-Market strategy of Syngenta AG of Switzerland, the world’s leading agribusiness organization. Armed with a degree in Agronomy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and MBA (Marketing) from Kensington Business School, USA, he went ahead to obtain another MBA in Technology Management from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. He is awarded with a Doctorate Degree (Hon. DSC) Donoris Causea by New World Mission Dunamis International University, South Africa.
He is a strategist and has strong analytical skills and capabilities in Business Processes Re-Designs and Re-Engineering which he has deployed faithfully in the business world.
He is a Fellow of the Direct Marketing Institute of Nigeria, Member, Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria as well as Member, Nigeria Institute of Management. He is a member of Nigerian society for Plant Protection where he has served in different capacities in the Executive. He is also a member of Crop Life Nigeria where he served as Chairman, Technical committee for several years. He is a member of Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and active in the Agric. Policy Commission of the Group.
His experience spans through Research, Product Management, Sales and Marketing. He started his career with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan in 1986 after his National Youth Service Corps where he distinguished himself by winning the “Best of Corpers Award” from Plateau State that year.
In 1988, he joined the then Ciba Geigy as Agronomist (Technical Services) and climbed on to assume the position of the Country Head and Managing Director.
His managerial and leadership qualities led to his Gold award by Corporate & Media Communications in 2005 followed by Best manager award by Tell Magazine in 2006.
EMMANUEL OTITOLOJU, General Manager, Healthcare

He possess over 18 years of developed operational, frontline experience with several multinationals (including Kodak now renamed Carestream Health and Siemens Healthcare amongst others). He has also built solid significant business in the Nigeria market and Multi-functional expertise (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, business development) in handling different product categories (Food, Beverage, specialized building materials, construction, IT & Health Care) across different business models.
He currently support the MD/CEO in the management and operations of the group. However, he directly oversees the healthcare business unit of Swiss Biostadt Company, where he is responsible for the operations, Planning, implementation and control of business development strategies to ensure set goals are achieved.
Pharm. OLUFEMI DAWODU, Business Group Head, Pharmacare and Agrocare.
B.Sc. Biochemistry(Ilorin), B.Pharm.(Ibadan), M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Analysis (Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK).
A consummate pharmacist of nearly three decades, with both national and international educational background. Olufemi Dawodu brings to the company varied experience in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical and agrochemical products gathered through stints at Swiss Nigerian Chemical Company (A subsidiary of CIBA-GEIGY AG, Switzerland, now NOVARTIS Pharma AG), Novelle Limited and Patemglobal Limited.
He is a strategist and has extensive knowledge of the quality and regulatory policies of regulatory bodies in Nigeria like NAFDAC, Standard Organization of Nigeria et al.
He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) and Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria.
He worked in Swiss Nigerian Chemical Company Limited, A subsidiary of Ciba-Geigy (Now Novartis Pharma) where he rose from Quality Control Executive to Manager, Drug Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance. His In-depth knowledge of regulatory affairs, manufacturing, quality and compliance issues resulted in selection to the Board of the Pharma Executive Management (1995 – 1997)) and during this period, served as Chairman of the Business Development Committee, Member of the Operations Committee and Member of the Audit Committee.
He was Managing Partner at Novelle limited and then Executive Director and Superintendent Pharmacist at Patemglobal Limited where he was responsible for overseeing the technical operations which include regulatory affairs of drugs and agribusiness products, Quality Assurance of Pharmaceutical Products, Research and Development, Development & Release of New Product, Adverse Drug Reaction of Pharmaceutical products.
Olufemi Dawodu is currently the Head Business Group at Swiss Biostadt Limited with direct responsibilities for managing and transforming the Pharmacare Business and Agrocare Business Units to accelerated growth and development.
Jude N. Ojeh, Finance Controller
Jude Ojeh is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Marketing. He has good flair for figures that has aided him in climbing to his present position. His mien and astuteness are clear qualities that he brings to the professional management of the company’s finances. He has direct responsibilities for managing the financials of the businesses, a position he handled from 2007.
Sijibomi Olatunji, Corporate Service Manager
Sijibomi Olatunji is a Strategist with keen interest in Talent Acquisition and Management. She has over 8-years’ experience providing Human Resource Management expertise to various clients within the public, private as well as International development sectors. She is a Graduate of Geography from the University of Ibadan and holds a Master’s degree in Geographical Information Systems (MGIS) from the University of Lagos. She is also a Professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA.
She was the Head of the Human Resources Unit for GRID Consulting Limited providing HR support for a number of International Development (Donor funded) projects in Nigeria. Sijibomi has valuable experience in designing and implementing HR policies and processes as well as change management interventions. She has a strong track record in handling HR related assignments particularly in talent acquisition and management for International institutions in Nigeria.
Her expertise includes but is not limited to providing Consultancy services and expertise in the areas of Workforce Planning, General Office Administration, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits analysis, Human Resource Development as well as Policy design and Systems Review.
